Morning routine?

Open the camper door, and off into the wild we go. Evening routine? James snuggled up in our way-too-small 1.20m bed, his wet nose pressed against my face as we stare at the stars together. Yup, that’s vanlife! Of course, life on the road isn’t always smooth sailing. A soaking wet dog in a tiny camper? Not ideal. And good luck stopping a Labradoodle from digging a massive hole in your freshly washed bedding. But hey, that’s part of the adventure!

Planning your own road trip with your dog? Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a long-term adventure, good preparation is key. Here are the absolute must-haves to make your vanlife experience with your furry co-pilot smooth and stress-free.

Packing list: don’t hit the road without these!

Bonus tip: Travel in style

Looking good on the road is a must! We always pack a few stylish collars, bow ties, harnesses, bandanas, and leashes. I mean, we don’t wear the same outfit every day, so why should our dog?

Ready, set, explore!

Traveling with your dog is an unforgettable adventure, full of new places, experiences, and memories. And with the right preparation, it’ll be one of the best journeys of your life. So, if you ever get the chance… just go for it! Your furry bestie will thank you.
