Knus is a stunning tiny house on a small park in Epe, right in the heart of the Veluwe. And “Knus” isn’t just a cute name… Tt actually means “cuddle” in Danish, and that’s exactly the vibe you get when you walk in. Cozy, warm, stylish, and modern. The kind of place where you instantly drop your shoes and sink into the couch. Comfy box springs, underfloor heating, a Nespresso for slow mornings… everything has been thought of.

For James, this place was dog heaven. A fenced yard made for zoomies! He sprinted around the house like crazy and then crashed in the grass or on the porch. Loved seeing him so happy and relaxed.
Oh, and let’s not forget about the welcome package! A sweet treat for us, but of course something for James too. The dog cookies were a total hit, we love how they’ve really thought of dogs here. The house is perfect for 4 people and 1 dog, so ideal for a weekend away with family or friends. James was especially thrilled with having his own bedroom aka his personal doodle mansion.

From Knus Veluwe, you’re right in the middle of nature. We did a gorgeous walk along the boardwalk at Landgoed Tongeren (dogs on leash), explored the Tongerense Heide, and visited the Renderklippen, where we obviously rewarded ourselves with ice cream afterwards. Everything is super close by and every trail is absolutely worth it.
If you’re looking for a dog friendly tiny house for a staycation in the Veluwe, Knus Veluwe should definitely be on your list. We’re already thinking about when to go back!
