The trend is finally catching on here in the Netherlands too. More and more places are adding something yummy just for our furry friends. And no, not just a boring biscuit… We’re talking real dishes, like salmon bites, dog sushi, or even lamb spaghetti. Pawsome!

Since we always love sharing these kinds of spots, here’s our top 5 favorite places with a dog menu. Where dogs are not just welcome; they get their own little party.

1. Parnassia aan Zee (Overveen)

Dogs are welcome all year round at this beach café. After a long walk on the sand, they can kick back and chow down on a fancy dog menu, created together with Your Dog’s Boutique. Definitely a must if your pup deserves a little extra.

2. Woof & Me (Amsterdam)

A real “dog café” right in De Pijp. You get your coffee and brunch, and your dog? They get to hang out, make some friends, and enjoy a homemade treat from the special dog menu. Seriously, why isn’t this in every city?

3. Mia’s Restaurant & Lounge (Axel)

This place goes all out with the dog menu — think salmon bites, dog sushi, chicken fillet, and even dog ice cream. Dogs here are totally spoiled, and honestly, we love that.

4. Siesta Bar (Knokke, België)

Okay, a little trip across the border, but totally worth it. You sip on cocktails, and your dog gets to snack on salmon bites and lamb cubes. Beach day = sorted.

5. Het ProefLab (Marknesse)

Dogs here get options: chicken, steamed beef, fresh tuna — like a proper menu! Perfect stop after a walk in the Waterloopbos. And for you? Great lunch, drinks, or cake with a view.

Verdict: So yeah, we’re officially fans of dog menus. Because let’s be real, if we’re out having pancakes or cocktails, why shouldn’t our dogs get their own treat? Win-win!
